These mood boards were part of a Trend Analysis capstone project completed during my senior year. The premise of the project was to create a brand proposal for a pre-existing brand, in this case, "KUHL", and forecast trends into the year 2040. I was responsible for the Micro Trends board and Target Market board.
In the Target Market board, I showcased my knowledge, after extensive research, of consumer demographics and psychographics, highlighting key preferences that guided my peers and me to product development, marketing strategies, and brand messaging.
Focusing on the Micro Trend board, I pinpointed emerging trends, a Pantone color scheme, examples of quality, and different product categories. Every element of this board was carefully thought out to align with the brand's values of quality, innovation, and adventure.
